Shipping and delivery
How an order moves from payment to your door, and what can affect the timing.

01Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
02Delivery time
Delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days across India. The exact time varies by location and by the courier partner handling your parcel.
03Shipping charges
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping may apply to selected products, promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
04Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are sent to you by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also look up an order on the track order page.
05Delivery address
Please give an accurate and complete address, including a working phone number. We are not liable for a failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address.
06Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, weather, holidays, transport issues or courier failures. If your parcel is late, write to us and we will follow up with the courier.
07Cancelling before dispatch
An order can be cancelled only before it is shipped. See the returns, refunds and cancellation policy for the steps.
