Terms and conditions
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Bioscape Nutritions, trading as Bioscape Nutrition. By placing an order you accept them.

02Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and to give accurate information when you order or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private. We may suspend an account that is misused.
03Orders and prices
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and process the order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and will refund any payment made.
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
04Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details. Where cash on delivery is offered, it is shown at checkout with any limit that applies.
05Shipping, returns and cancellation
These are set out in the shipping policy and the returns, refunds and cancellation policy, which form part of these terms.
06Product information and disclaimer
We show the label facts for each product: supplement facts, ingredients, directions, warnings, storage and allergen information. The pack in your hand is the final reference. If it differs from the website, follow the pack and tell us.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18 or on medication.

The website design, text, images and logo belong to Bioscape Nutritions or its licensors. Brand names of products belong to their owners. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
09Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under law to approach another forum.
10Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the update.
