01Shipping and tracking
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery then generally takes 3 to 7 business days across India, depending on your location and the courier partner.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout. Free shipping may apply to selected products, promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch we send tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also use the track order page with your order number.
What if my parcel is delayed?
Weather, holidays, transport issues and courier failures can slow a delivery. Write to us with your order number and we will check with the courier.
02Cancellation and returns
Can I cancel an order?
Only before it is shipped. Email support@bioscapenutrition.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 7 business days after we acknowledge the cancellation.
Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped products. Report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, with photographs. Once approved, a replacement or refund is issued.
Why might a return be refused?
A return is refused if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial or batch marking has been tampered with.
03Payments
How can I pay?
Online payments are handled by Razorpay, which offers the payment methods enabled on the store at checkout. We do not see or store your card details.
Is cash on delivery available?
Not at the moment. Orders are paid online at checkout.
Where does my refund go?
Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.

How do I read the supplement facts?
Each product page shows the label facts: serving size, servings per container and the amount per serving. Our nutrition guide explains each line.
How should I use a product?
Follow the directions on the pack. The product page also shows the directions as printed on the label.
Who should not use a supplement?
Check the warnings on the label. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, on medication or have a health condition, talk to a doctor before use. Keep supplements away from children.
How should I store a product?
Store it as the label says, usually closed tightly, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The storage line for each product is on its page and on the pack.
Where do I find the expiry date?
The batch number and expiry date are printed on the pack. Check them when your parcel arrives, and do not use a product past its expiry date.
